Tri State Certified LLC was originated in 2001 by our senior inspector Michael R. Tracy. Since January of 2002, Mike has successfully built the business and completes over three hundred home inspections per year. Mike serves the Siouxland area as well as the surrounding communities within 45 minutes of Siouxland.

Mike has well over twenty years of residential construction, remodeling and residential rehabilitation experience. He is the past president of Siouxland Habitat for Humanity which successfully built nine homes in the Siouxland area for families who would not have has the chance at the American Dream of home ownership.
