The Scallion Bistro was established on July 10, 2007. A fine dining restaurant that has a casual atmosphere. Executive Chef David Bollman's creations are those not relative to a small community.
Fall Hours of Operation: Tuesday - Thursday -- 5:00pm - 9:00pm Friday - Saturday -- 5:00pm - 10:00pm Closed Sunday & Monday
