As a licensed Texas Professional Real Estate Inspector, I adhere to the Texas Real Estate Commission’s (TREC) Standards of Practice.  This means I will inspect all of the following when safely and readily accessible:

  • Electrical service lines and meter box
  • Main disconnect and service amperage
  • Electrical panels, breakers and fuses

  • Insulation and ventilation
  • Garage doors and safety sensors
