Personal, Corporate & Municipal Legal Services 
Our Mission Statement is "To serve and protect our clients through the prompt and efficient delivery of superior legal services."
Our selected areas of practice include Real Estate law, Wills & Estates, Business and Corporate law, Commercial law and Municipal law, representing both municipalities and residents. We currently represent more than 500 corporations in Essex County, several municipalities and hundreds of individuals as well.
We also often assume a role as facilitator on behalf of our clients. Our clients' needs occasionally extend beyond our legal capabilities and require the additional assistance of other professionals including accountants, financial planners, engineers, funeral directors and others. We work very closely with these professionals on behalf of our clients, engaging their specific talents which are often an important component when completing development of a strategic plan.
