In 1989, Mr. Levorn Robinson started the company as Robinson's Airport Shuttle and Delivery Services. Marvin Robinson(son) , joined the business that same year, and they ran the shuttle service out of the Waterloo Municipal Airport. The business quickly gained a reputation of quality and professionalism and the services began to expand. In 1996 Mr. Robinson changed the business name to Alpha Express and then transitioned to solely hauling freight and other goods.

In 2004 the company experienced more growth and started securing contracts with larger companies in the mid-west. Alpha Express also expanded into the services of parking lot sweeping and line painting (striping). In 2006, the company included such services as moving for both households and businesses. We move locally as well as nationally; and will even assist with packing. In 2007, Alpha Express started lawn maintenance and snow removal for businesses and households.

We are staffed with many "top notch" employees who are loyal and dedicated to giving quality service. Alpha Express is well known in the community and frequently donates services to churches and other non-profit organizations.
