R&B Building & Repair Services was founded in December 2012.  Brian Stover and Rick Gwinn have over 34 years of combined experience in the home improvement area.

Brian Stover (Partner/Owner) is 39 and lives with his girlfriend, BJ, and their children in Des Moines. Brian has been working in this field since he was 14 years old. He considers himself to be primarily a plumber, however has a large variety of skills built up over the years.  He is a tremendous troubleshooter and can fix or fabricate anything that comes his way.

Rick Gwinn (Partner/Owner) is 34 and lives with his wife and their three children in Milo. Rick has been working in this field for over 10 years. He considers himself to be primarily a roofer, however he also has a large variety of skills available.

BJ Hills (Office Manager) is 38 and lives with Brian and their chlidren in Des Moines. She has been in the business world for 20 years.
