Meet Our Doctors
 Dr. Donovan Crouch O.D.Dr. Donovan Crouch has an extended history in the field of Optometry.  He received his Doctor of Optometry in May of 1963 in Chicago,  Illinois. Dr. Crouch has continued to be a very active member in many different  associations throughout the years. These include: American Optometric  Association, I.O.A. National Legislative Keyperson, American Optometric  Foundation, Iowa Optometric Association, Iowa State Board of Optometry  Examiners, Iowa Optometric Foundation, North Central States Optometric  Council, Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, Association of  Regulatory Boards of Optometry (Formally I.A.B), National Board of  Examiners in Optometry, Illinois College Of Optometry, and the Illinois  College of Optometry Board of Trustees. Dr. Crouch has also received many honors for his work in Optometry  including the Iowa Optometric Association OD of the Year, in 1991;  Illinois College of Optometry Presidential Medal of Honor, in 1999; and  the Heart of America Contact Lens Society OD of the Year, in 2000.
 Dr. Fred DeHaan O.D.Dr. Fred DeHaan studied and received a Bachelor of Science from the  University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA in May of 1972. Upon graduation he  went on to further his education to get the degree in Doctor of  Optometry in May of 1977 from Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Fred DeHaan is associated with the professional organizations of  Iowa Optometric Association and American Optometric Association.
 Dr. Craig Crouch O.D."Dr. Craig", as he likes to be called by  his patients, was raised and educated in Storm Lake. He received his  undergraduate degree from Buena Vista College in Computer Science/Math.  After working as a sales representative for a small computer company in  Des Moines for a year, he decided to return to school and follow in his  father's footsteps. He completed his doctor of optometry in 1990 at the Illinois College  of Optometry in Chicago. After working in Omaha for a year he returned  to practice with his father in Storm Lake. Shortly thereafter he married  his wife, Cheri. They have two very active sons, Trey and Dayne. His professional affiliations are with the American Optometric Association and the Iowa Optometric Association. Where you'll find "Dr. Craig":Craig enjoys spending time with his two sons. He spends the majority  of his time outside of work with his family in recreational activities  like boating, bicycling or snowmobiling.   |  |
