History
Established in 1980
TLC was founded by Steve Ethington in 1979. Brian and Jane Windsor purchased it in 1982, and ran it until son Ken took over in 1997.
In 1980, TLC was only a horticultural spraying company, with one employee. Gradually we've added services, trucks, equipment, good people, and most importantly, loyal customers to become the best lawn company on the Palouse. We have up to 14 summer employees, and make over 150 stops per week in the summer, and over 200 on a snow day. I'm very proud of what we've built, and especially of my great people.
