Shawn Deitemeyer- President. Shawn currently is employed with Van Wert City Schools as a professional educator. Shawn offers over 17 years of total of roofing experience. Shawn and his wife, Jenny, have three young children. They reside in Van Wert, Ohio.

Neal Deitemeyer – Partner. Neal owns and operates his own Construction Company, Mighty Deity Construction, LLC. Neal has formal training in commercial and residential electric and has worked as an electrician for over 16 years. Neal has worked for the Village of Montpelier, as an electric utility worker, and has also worked as a high voltage lineman. Neal offers over 8 years of roofing experience, however, has over 15 years of general contracting experience , which offers our customers a wonderful benefit of wealth of knowledge pertaining to all forms of construction. Neal and his wife Amy have three children and reside in Montpelier, Ohio.

Ryan Deitemeyer – Partner. Ryan currently works for Johnston Supply Company as the store manager. Ryan has a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University, and enjoys working with youth, as he has served as a youth program director for the Bryan YMCA. Ryan offers over 8 years of roofing experience. Ryan and his wife Miriam have two children and reside in Bryan, Ohio.

Ross White – Partner. When Ross is not roofing during the summer months, he works for Neal at Mighty Deity Construction. Ross has been around roofing since he was very young and offers over 13 years of roofing experience. Ross resides in Perrysburg, Ohio.

Devin Webster- Partner. Devin is currently employed as a professional Civil Engineer and has a Bachelor’s in Engineering. Devin’s roofing experience is extensive, as he has roofed for over 15 years. He also offers customers an added element of engineering knowledge. Devin and his wife Samantha have 1 child and are expecting a second in 2013. Devin and his family reside in Van Wert, Ohio.

Justin Hoelter- Partner. When Justin is not roofing with Roofing Innovations, Justin is working for another general contractor and learning many aspects of construction. Justin has been roofing for over 8 years and is a tremendous asset to Roofing Innovations. Justin resides in Perrysburg, Ohio.
