OUR STAFF

 

 

Our team of qualified professionals is dedicated to providing optimal dental care to all ages, with special emphasis on family, restorative, and esthetic dentistry. We creatively combine the art and science of dentistry in a way that facilitates the achievement of healthy, functional, and naturally beautiful smiles for our patients. We utilize many restorative techniques and materials available in dentistry today including, but not limited to, bleaching, bonding, non-metallic (white) filling materials, all-ceramic veneers and crowns, and porcelain bonded crowns and bridges. Because Dr. Taff understands the ideal use of these materials and techniques, we are able to advise patients in making informed decisions that are appropriate for their individual circumstances.

 

Aaron Taff (Dentist)

Dr. Taff is a general dentist who enjoys seeing children as well as adults.

Dr. Taff grew up in North Carolina and graduated from the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics.  He attended the University of Idaho and graduated Summa Cum Laude in Chemical Engineering.

Following graduation, he served 4 years in the Navy at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command in Charleston, South Carolina.  He then worked as an engineer for American Management Systems in Fairfax, Virginia, and later as a process engineer for Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho.

In 2006, he was selected for the prestigious Idaho Dental Education Program scholarship.  Dr. Taff attended the Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraske, and received his D.D.S. in 2010.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude and was inducted into Omnicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society.

Dr. Taff and his wife, Angie, have five children.  In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and snowboarding.

Alexis Latham (Registered Dental Hygienist)

Lexi is a long-time Wyoming resident who grew up near Torrington, Wyoming.  She has two sons, Isaiah and Jacob, with her high school sweetheard, Ben.  She graduated from the Sheridan College Dental Hygiene program in 2005.  Prior to becoming a hygienist, Lexi worked as a dental and orthodontic assistant.  In her free time, she enjoys skiing. 

Ali Hayes (Front Office/Dental Assistant)

Ali was born in Conifer, Colorado.  At age 11, her family moved to Laramie. Ali started in dentistry in 1997.  She has worked as a dental assistant and in the business aspect of several dental offices.  She will be the first smiling face to greet you when you visit the office.  Ali married her high school sweetheart, Shawn.  With their daughter, Emily, they enjoy spending time as a family in the outdoors.  Ali also enjoys scrapbooking.

 

Andrea Morones (Dental Assistant)

Andrea is a Laramie native.  Andrea joined us in 2011.  She graduated from Laramie HS in 2010 and is currently taking classes at LCCC.  She enjoys dentistry and helping to make patients smiles their best!
