We have been doing Home Inspections for seven years now.  I have my Registered Home Inspector status under the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors, and I also have my  National Status under the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors.   Please see Education Background.

Septic Inspections

If you are buying a home with a septic tank you should consider having it inspected by a professional septic contractor.  To properly inspect the system the contractor will need to dig holes to access the underground parts of the system.   There will also be a dye check involved to access the leaching field for potential problems.  It is always a good idea to pump the septic tank, but this needs to be done in its proper sequence in the testing of the system.  Trillium Inspection Services can provide you with a contact for this service.  Note: Packages are available for both septic and water sampling.


Water Sampling

The basic bacteriological water sample will include total Coliform /E-Coli.  Additional sampling can be done for Nitrate - Nitrites.  Sampling of additional parameters is also available.  Trillium Inspection Services can provide you with a contact for this service.  Note: Packages are also available for septic and water sampling.
