A short bio on the owner and founder of On The Level Home Inspections - Fred Owen.
Fred is a military veteran who served in both the United States and Canadian armed forces.
He is a husband, father, grandfather and pet owner who has a passion for fishing and enjoys golfing although he’s not very good at it. He has been a house flipper, renovator and all round home repair handyman. Fred has completed 10 courses for the Home Inspection Certification and 2 Ontario Building Code Courses all at Seneca College, where he graduated with honours. You’re assured up to date inspection knowledge as Fred regularly attends training and continuing education to be current with new standards in the industry.
