Garden Design

You are a DIYer taking on the project alone, or with a contractor, and looking for a black & white composite sketch identifying existing and recommended elements based on on-site needs evaluation and agreed upon vision. $110 per hour.    

Plant List and Maintenance Details
Combine with any service where suitable plant recommendations, based on existing or new plants, are required along with specifications and maintenance requirements for each. $110 per space.

Space Organization

On-site Consultation
You are looking for personalized, organization solutions to de-clutter or downsize your home or office space and restore order for a more peaceful environment. $50 per hour.

Organization Proposal and Execution
After the on-site visit, a proposal  is provided identifying existing and recommended elements, using detailed notes, layouts and photographs. Starts at $150 per space.

Home Staging

On-site Consultation
You want to maximize the sale value of your home by making it stand out against the rest and are comfortable with verbal, strategic recommendations. $50 per hour.

Staging Proposal and Execution

After the on-site visit, a proposal is provided identifying a list of items to repair, an inspection report and existing and recommended elements. Starts at $150 per space.
