In the Spirit Yoga Studio

At In the Spirit, we practice many levels of hatha yoga - the most classic form of yoga, as well as yin, flow, kundalini, therapeutic and Yoga Teacher Training.  We also have Zumba classes, prenatal and Mom & Baby yoga.

From time to time, we also offer specialized and series classes, such as:
Custom Therapeutic, Yoga Tune-up Ball therapy, beginners/learn and various "shape-up/workout" classes.

We have TWO studios that are both intimate and beautiful and our instructors provide each student with a more personalized approach to learning. Specially designed, these are “non-intimidating” spaces for your practice, attention, and awareness; respect for each participant is always at the forefront of our minds. Google has made a major update to its mobile search algorithm, the move is causing ripples across the web. Websites not deemed mobile-friendly will be dropped down the search rankings, dramatically reducing the number of visitors to a site. Search engine ranking experts have called the potential fallout from the changes "mobilegeddon". Businesses at risk are those who don’t know about it.
