Kathleen Mullins

President/CIC, CISR

Kathleen was born and raised in Stroudsburg and is a graduate of Shippensburg University. She taught high school in Monroe County for two years before joining her father at Mullins Insurance in 1984. She is now part owner and president. Her philosophy is to treat every client of Mullins just like family, ensuring that they are treated with the utmost customer service and respect. She believes that you wouldn’t want your family to ever be left without adequate protection – so why should the customer.

As a mother of 2, Kathleen understands the value of giving back to the community as she had done for the Stroudsburg Little League and Stroudsburg Area Youth Wresting Association. She is a former board member of the East Stroudsburg University Foundation and a member of the Kiwanis Club of Stroudsburg, where she also served on the board. Kathleen has also served on the following boards; Pocono Mountain Chamber of Commerce, local chapter of the American Heart Association, and the Independent Insurance Agents of Pennsylvania. She is a member of St. Matthew’s Roman Catholic Church. Kathleen enjoys spending time with her family, friends, traveling and watching football.
