Norco's Local Real Estate Valuation Authority

It doesn't matter what type of home is in question. My extensive field work and formal training as a certified licensed appraiser makes me qualified to provide home valuations in Southern California, specializing in Norco horse-properties. For clients ranging from national mortgage companies to local lenders or individual businesses and consumers. With over 20 years of experience in appraising residential properties, review appraisals, real estate consulting, expert witness and I have been on the FHA roster since 1999, you can be assured of a quality appraisal. I started as a trainee appraiser in 1996; eventually earned my credentials and started "Sullivan Appraisals" in 1999. As a long time resident of Norco, I truly understand how unique this town is and the differences in horse properties. It can sometimes be a challenge for out of area appraisers to understand the real estate market for these types of properties. When other appraisers think someone's backyard is just a open space or unused land I think...how many horses, what type of barn, arena, etc?  Aside from Norco (or other equine properties) appraisals, I have extensive experience throughout Southern California, including golf course properties, view properties etc.  If there is an area that I'm not familiar with, I will decline the assignment.  Sullivan Appraisals produces very thorough reports, with extensive data research and market analysis to ensure the best possible appraisal report. Credit/Debit Cards accepted.

When the value of real estate is needed, trust nothing less than a certified licensed appraiser from Sullivan Appraisals for an accurate report of market value.
