RTP was founded in 2004 by Rick Peterson. Rick is an Eau Claire native, born & raised in the Chippewa Valley. He started building homes in 1993 and worked for several of the areas most prominent construction companies. He served as a lead and a project manager and after building for 15 years for other companies, Rick decided it was time to build his own company based on what he thought was most important for quality & integrity.
