CONSULTATION

This is a four-hour session where the client works with the designers to come up with a plan for a home renovation project. The client can take these ideas and go forth with the renovation in the manner they choose.

DESIGN SERVICES

• Color selection, furniture placement; material, furniture, finish selection
• Work with existing furniture and home decor
• Design services
• Concept development
• Find your style
• Concept and material boards:used to give clients ideas for flooring, wood and finish samples, furniture, fabric, paint samples, and lighting
• Renderings done by hand or computer generated models to give you visualization of the final design
• Floor plans can be generated for new construction or renovations, plans can also be done for furniture placement in rooms
• Establish project time frame and budget guidelines
• Color and material specification
• Specify furniture, fixtures, lighting, window treatments, art work, and home décor
• Reuse, repurpose, recycle anything existing
• Painting services - all paints specified are no or low VOC
• Hire and manage sub-contractors
• Furniture restoration: reupholster fabric, update hardware, and refinish woodwork
• Home staging
• Introduce color and accessories to a space while reworking your current style and furnishings with minimal new purchases
• Staging for selling purposes, parties, events or for your own sanity
• Clutter removal
• Painting
• Furniture placement
• Professional photography of your home interior/exterior

ESTATES

• We know this can be a very difficult and stressful situation to deal with and an emotional process.
• Manage clean up and removal of items that won’t be sold
• Arrange all items and hold/advertise estate sale
• Arrange appraisals and estimates
• Inventory and photograph valuable items to be sold outside of estate sale
• Arrange for packing, crating and shipping
• Arrange for donation pick-up
